Full GIS Integration — Address Validation to Feature Services

TEKConnectGov connects directly to Esri’s ArcGIS platform, so every address is validated against your city’s authoritative GIS data the moment it’s entered. Permits, violations, and work orders are geocoded automatically and pushed to your feature services — keeping your maps, records, and field crews working from the same source of truth.

Real-Time Address Validation

Every address entered in the system is validated against your city’s authoritative Esri address locator, reducing data entry errors at the source before a record is ever saved.

City-Owned GIS Layer Overlay

Connect your existing ArcGIS Feature Services or REST API endpoints to overlay flood zones, zoning boundaries, utility corridors, or any published layer directly in the application — no manual shapefile uploads required.

Feature Service & REST API Integration

Consume any ArcGIS Feature Service or ArcGIS REST API endpoint. Data is rendered dynamically and refreshed in real time — keeping your maps current without manual data management.

Contextual Record Mapping

Permits, violations, work orders, and service requests are automatically geocoded and displayed on a live map — so dispatchers and inspectors always know exactly where work is happening.

NATIVE STRIPE PAYMENTS

Fully Integrated Payments — No Third-Party Portals

TEKConnectGov uses Stripe Connect to embed secure payment processing directly inside your workflow. Your city operates as a connected account — giving staff full visibility into payments, payouts, and reports without leaving the application.

Stripe Connected Account Setup

Cities can create a new Stripe account or link an existing one — directly through our application. Onboarding is guided and takes minutes, not days. No separate merchant agreement or portal setup required.

Payments, Payouts & Reporting

View transaction history, monitor payout schedules, and run reconciliation reports — all from within TEKConnectGov. Staff don’t need access to a separate Stripe dashboard for day-to-day payment operations.

Credit Card Refunds at the Record Level

Staff can issue refunds directly from any permit, license, or service request record — without escalating to a finance department or logging into a separate system.

Zero Stored Card Data — Full PCI Compliance

TEKConnectGov never stores cardholder data. All payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, who maintains full PCI DSS compliance as the merchant processor. Your city’s liability exposure is eliminated.

Transparent Fee Pass-Through

Processing fees are passed through to the payer at the point of transaction and clearly disclosed before payment is submitted. This ensures the city collects exactly the amount established in its fee schedules — no deductions, no reconciliation surprises. Citizens see the fee breakdown upfront; the city receives what it’s owed.

Automated Backups — On Your Schedule

Backups run nightly by default. If your city requires more frequent snapshots — hourly, real-time, or custom cadence — we can configure that to meet your IT requirements.

Encryption & Data Sovereignty

Sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS. Your city’s data belongs to your city — it is never sold, aggregated, or shared with third parties.

For jurisdictions with heightened compliance needs, we offer deployment in AWS GovCloud (US) — an isolated region designed for government workloads and CUI requirements.
