TEKConnectGov is a municipal software platform offered through The Redpointe Group, LLC, designed to deliver practical, affordable solutions for local governments. In 2016, Jessica Downum, Kent McCoy, and Luke Duffield founded The Redpointe Group, initially focusing on custom software development for the heavy construction industry. TEKConnectGov was born when an Arkansas community approached them for cost-effective municipal software that existing options couldn’t provide without excessive complexity or expense.
